In 2025, Artémis Domaines unveiled the creation of Vignoble des Cabottes, a winegrowing estate bringing together emblematic parcels from the Côte de Beaune. It unites some of the most prestigious vineyards in Burgundy, including the Grand Crus of Montrachet and Chevalier- Montrachet, the Corton hillside, the leading Premier Crus of Meursault, Volnay Premier Cru Les Caillerets, and the most distinguished climats of the Beaune appellation, among them the renowned Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus.
The cabottes inspired the name of this new estate. These drystone vineyard shelters, scattered throughout the Côte d’Or vineyards, embody centuries-old craftsmanship and bear witness to our deep connection with these winegrowing lands. Their upkeep and restoration, in keeping with tradition, remain at the heart of our teams’ commitment. In time, the wines of Vignoble des Cabottes will be vinified at the Château de Puligny-Montrachet, within a new production facility designed according to the highest High Environmental Quality standards. Conceived to harmonize respect for nature with technical precision, this site will faithfully express the singular character and draw out the full quintessence of these great Beaune climats.
