Quivira Vineyards, Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
A luminescent ruby color introduces a nose filled with red cherry, ripe raspberry, classic white pepper, and hints of peach yogurt and rose petal. Flavors center on red and blue fruits, intricately laced alongside refreshing, balanced acidity. It has density and layers of texture, but is not at all heavy. Overall, both a masculine and feminine expression that sits lightly on the palate with fines herbs, blueberry, cherry, and the faintest kiss of oak.
