Grenache Blanc takes on completely different profiles at all these sites, from tannic and textural to bright and limey, as well as a mid-weight profile that lands somewhere in between. This is where Glenrose Vineyard lands, the perfect mid-weight white wine that has the right balance of texture and refreshment with notes of white flowers, fennel pollen, pear, and white peach. Pair with King Salmon grilled on a cedar plank or crispy skin salmon and miso.
