Larkmead Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2022	92 Wine Advocate Larkmead’s 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon (White Label) includes a healthy 18% Cabernet Franc in the blend, which may help to explain the wine’s unusually fragrant, floral and even tea-like notes on the nose. They’re joined by mixed red and black cherries, as well as red raspberries and a rather weighty oakiness—it did spend 22 months in 71% new French oak. It’s full-bodied and nicely ripe on the palate, featuring silky tannins and easy accessibility, plus a lingering, softly dusty and mocha-tinged finish. 92 Wine Enthusiast Deeply toned and flavored with black fruits, coffee, spiced tobacco, and pleasing earthiness, this wine gains aromatics from an 18% inclusion of Cabernet Franc.
