The estate’s flagship wine, Hambledon Classic Cuvée, is crafted exclusively from grapes grown on the southeastfacing chalk slopes of Windmill Down. A refined blend of the traditional Champagne varieties, it is hand-harvested and aged for a minimum of 35 months. The wine is vibrant and precise, with a fine mousse, structured acidity, and expressive notes of floral and stone fruit.
