Azienda Agricola Gradis'Ciutta, Cabernet Franc
Obtained from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, a vine of Bordeaux origins introduced into Collio at the end of the 1800s. It has very vigorous vegetation and immediately demonstrated great resistance to rain and to the intemperate weather of spring and autumn. Natural ruby red with a definite violet rim that shifts to garnet/brown with age. Typically intense herbal aromas that are very pleasing and reminiscent of the variety. Herbaceous in nature, displaying richness and harmony. Full and generous, distinct and austere.
