Bastide de Panisse is a Rhône wine project led by the younger generation of the Vacheron family, with Marilou and Axel closely involved. Crafted from equal parts estate-grown fruit and grapes sourced from trusted partner growers in cooler, higher-elevation vineyards, the wines showcase freshness, balance, and vibrant fruit. Produced from traditional Rhône varieties and farmed according to certified organic and biodynamic (Biodyvin) principles, the range follows the same approachable, terroir-driven philosophy as Le Caillou from Clos du Caillou, emphasizing purity, juiciness, and exceptional drinkability.
