Bastide de Panisse Le Jardin Cotes du Rhone Blanc

The terroir of Bastide de Panisse lies right next to that of Domaine de Panisse. This outstanding Cotes-du-Rhone is crafted from grape varieties also used in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation, such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cinsault. All of these grapes are harvested by hand, wit hthe utmost respect for the terroir, by Marilu and Axel Vecheron.

Le Jardin shows a clear and bright pale color with golden highlights. The nose is open and expressive, revealing generous fruit aromas (roasted pineapple, pear, white peach), complemented by a fresh and appealing floral touch of mimosa. On the palate, very aromatic, it shows clear notes of citrus zest, finger lime, and bergamot. The wine finishes with precision, carried by a delicate minerality. A lively, fresh, and generous Côtes-du-Rhône, easy to enjoy and share.
