Harmonious, raced and elegant, this wine has a deep ruby color. You may get some red fruit aromas (cherry, black currant) in its youth, and with age you will enjoy undergrowth flavor. Maturation: We let them ferment in an open cement tank during about 2 weeks. The berries are manually treaded every day. When the fermentation is over, we pressed them in a pneumatic press, then the wine will age for about 15 months in 100% new oak barrels.
