Alvarez y Diez, Mantel Blanco Verdejo, Rueda
The clusters were destemmed from their discharge into the winery hoppers. A skin maceration was carried out for several hours, prior to pressing and the start of alcoholic fermentation. This fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, slowly, at a maximum temperature of 17º.
Straw color with greenish reflections, very bright. Frank aroma, with fruit intensity. Floral background with citrus notes. On the palate, good structure, balanced and tasty acidity. Excellent appetizer and as an accompaniment to salads, stews, fresh cheeses and spreads, fish, shellfish, seafood rice, etc.
