Climate, soil and grape variety. This is for us, the definition of “wine.” Our winery has 100 hectares of its own vineyard, in which we practice viticulture based on this principle.

We take care of the vines with care, letting the climate and the land take care of imprinting their character, which we will later appreciate in the final result. The strong temperature contrasts that exist between day and night give rise to a good sugar/acidity balance.

The characteristics of the soil make their contribution, favoring good aeration and drainage in rainy seasons, while the underground clays retain moisture reserves in lean years. In this magical alliance, the sun is in charge of governing everything, taking care of the rest, until the moment of harvest.
