Orange blossom, honeyed apple and subtle almond aromas show on the nose of this blend of 41% Viognier, 26% Marsanne, 12% Grenache Blanc, 11% Picardan and 10% Clairette Blanche. There’s a richness to the palate of coconut, stonefruit and white flowers that is cut by a lemon peel-laced acidity.
The 2024 Côtes de Tablas Blanc presents a beautifully floral, Viognier-led nose that manages to temper the variety’s exuberance with a lively incisiveness that runs through its core. The palate combines a sweet, oily core with succulent, vibrant energy that runs through the close, highlighting its Picardin and Clairette components. It’s composed of 41% Viognier, 26% Marsanne, 12% Grenache Blanc, 11% Picardan and 10% Clairette Blanche.
Very pretty Viognier aromatics with ripe stone fruit and a sweep of orange blossoms. These find balance in mineral-tinged notes of citrus and beeswax on a plush texture. Fresh and layered. Drink or hold.
The 2024 Patelin de Tablas Blanc punches well above its weight with a gorgeous bouquet of wildflowers, stone dust, lime zest and freshly sliced pears. The palate is seamless and soothing with a wave of minty herbs elevating ripe nectarine and apricot. Candied citrus tones meet a bump of juicy acidity on a lively finish with fantastic length. This is a total pleasure to taste.
