You fall in love with this wine just by looking at it: with a brilliant color to the eye, it is dressed in shiny gold.  Ample on the nose, of ripe fruit, even tropical, including sweet notes of honey, lime as well as spicy and citrus notes, licorice root and almonds. It is wonderfully harmonious in the drink and with a great alcoholic structure mitigated by savory strength and freshness . A feature that makes it even more unique is its long taste-olfactory persistence with an iodized finish.  Simply a persuasive and extremely fascinating wine.

It opens with a delicate bouquet that blends opulent ripe peach and custard notes with refining hints of lemon oil and crushed stone. It’s silky and enveloping, elegance to the extreme. Tropical citrus elevates the ripe orchard fruits, and a salty mineral core adds tremendous depth. Long, long, long, the 2020 lingers on, youthfully tense, with a staining of tart citrus rind and minty herbs that resonate.
