Of a lively and brilliant straw yellow color. It has a persuasive and elegant scent, with notes of spring aromatic herbs , followed by acacia, lime, apricot, fresh almond, citrus, but also with mineral hints. In the mouth the gustative persistence is long ; in balance between flavor, acid freshness and warm alcohol note, with a bitter almond finish (typical recurring note).
