With its translucent gold-topaz color it introduces sweet aromas, where you can recognize aromas of candied and quince fruit, honey, brackish and iodized notes, medlar, hints of spices, puffs of pepper, sultana and licorice root. Complete and complex taste, with an overwhelming alcoholic note kept in harmony by the great flavor and freshness. The sweet note, not excessive, but with great persistence, leads to the long, happily almondy finish.

This shows its sweetness on the palate, mixing tropical citrus and melon with saline minerals, all motivated by brisk acidity. This salty-sweet and highly drinkable Passito finishes wonderfully long and potent, yet fresh with a subtle bitter twang. Drink now or lose it in the cellar.
