San Polo Bodega & Vinedos
The grapes used for this winery come from the La Humbertita and San Jorge estates, which span 100 hectares adjacent to the winery. Situated at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,100 meters, San Polo Bodega & Vinedos vineyards benefit from ideal conditions, including mineral-rich soils, an average temperature of 14°C, and water from a nearby dam fed by Andean snowmelt. The close proximity to the winery ensures the grapes are delivered in perfect condition. With 300 days of sunshine each year and irrigation from pristine Andean meltwater, the vineyards thrive under the care of dedicated staff. The winemaker’s final selection of grapes ensures the creation of wines that capture the essence of this unique terroir.
