San Polo Bodega & Vinedos
The grapes with which our wines are made come from the La Humbertita and San Jorge farms, which are adjacent to the winery, covering 100 hectares. Located at an altitude between 1,000 and 1,100 m, it has privileged conditions: terroir with strong mineral content, average temperatures of 14 °C with a large thermal amplitude, its own dam fed with meltwater. The proximity to the Winery also ensures the delivery of the harvest in perfect condition of the grapes.
We make our wines in harmony with the natural conditions of our origin: with 300 days of sunshine per year and irrigation with the clear waters of the melting of the Andes, with the professional care of our vine by our own staff and the final selection of the grapes by our winemaker we prepare the basis for a unique experience.
