View Winery Website

One of Virginia’s premier wineries, Linden Vineyards is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, 60 miles west of Washington DC. The entire wine production of 4,000 cases comes exclusively from three distinct vineyard sites. Linden is best known for single vineyard bottlings of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Bordeaux variety red blends.

  • Farming Methods: Our vineyard practices are European inspired. In the non-Mediterranean viticultural areas of Europe, growers experience situations similar to ours here in the mountains of Virginia: diverse soils, erratic weather, and a small scale. They have learned to micro-manage each site according to its needs. Vineyard practices change as the growing season unfolds: hot, wet, dry, cold.
