Very polished, with a silver and delicate green hue, it opens to a bouquet of youthful power and intensity. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, cape gooseberry, golden kiwi, and red apple emerge, alongside a seam of minerality suggesting wet pebbles and a light brush of basil and other fresh herbs. On the palate, it is equally vibrant, fresh, and lively, with flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, apple, and mineral. Acidity contrasts with the core fruit sweetness and ripeness, leading to a balanced, even finish without disrupting the satin mouthfeel. Best enjoyed from day of purchase through 2027.
