Joh. Jos. Prum, Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett
Delicately layered with notes of light peach and apricot, this Kabinett combines expressive acidity with vibrant stone fruit and a deep mineral core. Elegant and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine or can be enjoyed on its own. Sourced from the west-facing Graacher Himmelreich vineyard—“Kingdom of Heaven in the Village of Graach”—with its slightly gentler slopes and deeper grey slate soils that provide excellent water retention. Hand-harvested in the Mosel, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel to preserve purity and finesse.
