Carillon, Bourgogne Rouge

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir comes from old vines over 60 years old located in Puligny-Montrachet and the hamlet of Corpeau, on clay-limestone soils. After total destemming and cold maceration, the musts are lightly punched out before settling and then piping in (10% new barrels). Fermentations and aging last an average of 12 months.
