Carillon, St. Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers Des Dents de Chiens

The estate acquired this plot in 2013 which overlooks the Grands Crus of Puligny, and is just opposite the Champs Gains. The name Murgers des Dents de Chiens refers to the vineyard’s sharp and pointy pebbles which look like dog teeth. The vinification is done in the traditional Burgundian style, with fermentation taking place in small oak casks. Ripe and richer than the Pitangerets, this wine offers a very good depth.
