Sauzet, Puligny Montrachet, Enceignieres
The Chassagne-Montrachet Les Enseignères has a very attractive nose with flecks of yellow plum and grilled almonds, an underlying mineralité that comes through with aeration. The palate has a touch of reduction on the entry but you can tell the weight is already in situ, a fine bead of acidity, quite spicy with a persistent finish. One to look out for.
