Jean-Marc Brocard, Chablis 1er Cru, "Vau de Vey" 2021	92-94 Vinous The 2021 Chablis Vau de Vey 1er Cru has a forward, tropical tinged bouquet with just a touch of reduction. The palate is balanced with citrus lemon and orange pith, pretty like a Vau de Vey should be, though it does miss a bit of substance and grip on the finish. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a slightly viscous texture and a saline finish. Excellent. 91 Wine Enthusiast Enticing aromas of blended tart and ripe fruits—Bosc pear, lemon skin, stone minerality, and wildflowers fill the glass. The palate is textured, with notes of white pepper, green apple skin, wet river rocks, and lemongrass.
