Domaine Jean Fournier, Gevrey-Chambertin

Coming from the Morey side of the Gevrey Appellation, on either side of the famous RN 74, this is a Gevrey of elegance, finesse, a rather airy and delicate side. With its purple color, it is a wine with a lot of energy, ripe fruit (raspberry, cherry). A slight oxidation brought by aging in wood brings roundness and balance to this wine with silky tannins.
