Jean-Claude Bachelet, Chassagne-Montrachet Les Encegnieres

Crystalline with a golden hue and light tints. Very elegant nose exuding woody hints. Perfectly well-balanced palate. Very long on flavors of tropical fruit and hazelnut mingled with hints of spice. Excellent w/ Fish and Seafoods with fresh herbs.
