Domaine Bruno Lorenzon

View Winery Website

Bruno Lorenzon, 3rd generation , describes himself as a winemaker with an atypical background.
He became aware of the exceptional terroir of the estate, he restructured while respecting its heritage and adding his personal touch, the desire to go for purity and minerality.
For him, “a great grape is 90% of the work”, grapes must be produced with the minimum of intervention and the maximum of understanding as was done in the 19th century . Working the vines must be a balance between the underground part and the aerial part: do not use weedkiller but refine the plowing and pay particular attention to the foliage so that everything is in harmony.

It is through precision breeding that the full potential of the fruit will be revealed. There is no question of compensating in the vat room for what we did not obtain in the vineyard.
Working on the identity of the vintage and its style is the philosophy of the estate.
