Alain Graillot, Hermitage Rouge 2023	93+ Vinous One of the sleepers of the vintage, the 2023 Hermitage takes time to open up. Ripe red fruits, stemmy tones, iodine and spicy tones gradually show themselves. Built around ripe tannins, the medium-bodied 2023 is fairly austere and inward at the moment, demanding several more years in a cool cellar.
