Coeur de Terre Pinot Gris
This is one crazy and unusual Pinot Gris with aromas of white grapefruit, lychee, peach, peach pit and wet river stones. On the palate there is vibrant acidity and lightness that dances on your tongue leading to a focused minerality with flavors reminiscent of sweet Oregon peaches, apricots and grapefruit rind. This wine will be great out on the deck on a hot summer day or paired with Caramelized Sea Scallops with Foie Gras
