James Suckling
Vinous, very floral and pure, showing violets and strawberries. Medium-bodied, zesty and focused, with energy and fruit-driven length. One of the best rosé cuvees. Made with 39% reserve wines. 100% stainless steel. Disgorged April 2025. Drink now.

The nose is delicate and ripe, showing sweet raspberry, lemon curd patisserie, and orange blossom. The palate mirrors that delicacy with wild strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, citrus zest, tangerine oil, wildflowers, and soft clay-chalky minerality lingering on the finish. Enjoy now with rich sashimi and keep a few in cellar and wait for more nuance to emerge.

Vinous
The NV Brut Le Rosé (base 2022) is terrific. Rich and layered, yet also light on its feet, this release is a fine example of the house style at Billecart-Salmon these days. Cranberry, rose petal, crushed flowers, mint and chalk are some of the many notes that grace this ethereal, wonderfully nuanced Rosé. Impeccable. Reserve wines are 39%. Dosage is 4.9 grams per liter. Disgorged: June 2025.
