Bright, fruity and deliciously crisp with a creamy mousse, this is a citrus and apple flavored wine. It has a bone-dry character with a mineral and lemon zest texture. It’s ready to drink. Powerful aroma with mussel shells, toasted sourdough bread, walnuts and various citrus tones. Broad, mouth filling flavor, fine mousse, lovely acidity and barely perceptible sweetness in the long, savory finish. The quality is created by storage up to three years on lees after the secondary fermentation.

Based entirely on 2014, the NV Brut is a blend of 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both planted in cooler plots (east respectively north-facing) and assembled on the press. Aged on the lees for 18 months with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter, this is a highly delicate, pure and finessed Crémant with a beautifully clear red-fruit aroma on the nose along with delicate yeasty flavors.

The wine is light and finessed and finishes with nice purity and a mineral grip. This is an excellent value for the money.
