The dress is light yellow and has a clear sleek nose. Notes of lime green citrus and white flowers. Attacks the mouth with good acidity and long finish. A particularly tasty wine with crustaceans, cooked Mediterranean fish, white meat. Great as an aperitif or with dried cheeses.

Made from 40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Carignan Blanc and the rest a mix of permitted varieties, the 2015 IGP Pays D’Hérault Les Clapas Blanc is a racy, exotic and crisp white that has classy notes of white peach, green citrus and a touch of flowers.
It’s a perfect hot summer day drinker, as well as a wine that will shine with seafood.

Carignan Blanc and Terret Bourret with Grenaches Blanc and Gris are organically grown on the slopes of Larzac at 350m. Full-blown, wild, somehow curranty nose and great tension on the palate.
More obviously Languedocien than the Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc if perhaps slightly less refined. Really exciting and admirably appetising and muscular. Long and distinctive. Really developed overnight. Admirable. 17/20
