THE estate’s cuvée, it represents 50% of our production, a festival of expressions of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Counoise, it inspires us “a friendship without pretense or disguise”  The nose is fresh with notes of plums and cedar. Licorice on the palate with spicy aromas. The finish is fresh, elegant with smooth tannins.

N/Apts Decanter Magazine– 2016 vintage

FOR THE 2016 VINTAGE
10% Cinsault adds sprightliness and perfume to the red berry Grenache and Syrah aromas. Medium-bodied, fresh and lively, not overly fat or full, with a tightly laced tannic frame.

Ends bright and saline; a drinkable and vivid style. Biodynamic.

90pts The Wine Advocate– 2016 vintage

FOR THE 2016 VINTAGE
The 2016 Vinsobres offers oodles of ripe cherries and stone fruit on the nose. It’s not quite as complex, but this more fruit-forward wine delivers ample weight on the palate, plenty of concentration, supple tannins and a long finish. It is truly an amazing value!

92pts Decanter– 2017 vintage

Brambly black cherry, gently perfumed with fresh aromatics.  This a deep and fairly concentrated, but not heavy.  Nicely balanced, it’s a very drinkable and measured Vinsobres, being a biodynamic blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre and Counoise.  Fermented and matured in concrete, with no oak maturation.
