Appearance: Its pale and bright pink colour is adorned with warm glints of gold and its delicate slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. Aroma: This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red fruits and zest of citrus fruits.

Palate: Its special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. Serving: This rosé champagne is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi.

For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavours. Blend with Pinot Noir vinificated as red wine, it gives the richness and “vinosité”.

Tech Sheet

94pts James Suckling

“An subtle nose with plenty of fine autolysis aromas of fresh bread and sweetly fragrant yeasty notes, plus some gentle spice and chalky notes.

The palate unleashes beautiful wild strawberry fruit flavors, super fresh, fleshy and pure. Great balance and depth. Drink now. (07/15)”

93pts Wine Spectator

“A lovely rosé in an almost vinous style, with mouthwatering acidity and a fine, lacy mousse carrying appealing flavors of ripe raspberry, white cherry fruit, star anise, mandarin orange peel and honeysuckle.

Lightly chalky on the lasting finish. Enjoy with food. Drink now through 2020.(11/15/16)”

91pts Wine Enthusiast

“While this wine is rich, it is also well balanced with perfumed acidity and a tight, mineral edge.

Ripe with red berry fruits, it is dry and full in the mouth. Both fresh and rich at the same time, it will be better with food. (12/15)”

92pts Wine Spectator– N/V vintage

A lively rose’ Champagne with a pleasing, citrusy juiciness to the flavors of steeped raspberry, white peach and blanched almond.  A subtle thread of chalky minerality winds through the finish.  Drink now through 2023.

92pts Wine Spectator– NV vintage

Lacy in texture, with sleek acidity, this well-knit rose Champagne offers delicate notes of blood orange glace, pickled ginger and oyster shell, revealing a rich hint of grilled nut.  The firm, almost crunchy finish is nicely spiced and lingering.  Drink now through 2023.
